Gorgeous, vintage 50’s dress .. hard to find Wendy Dress brand from England .. has a novelty print in whismical designs done in black , teal , white that look like the ocean .. has a metal zipper up the back that’s got Great Britain signed in the metal .. beautiful pleating details at the waist and up the bust area … built in cloth crinoline .. big full skirt .. cummerbund waist .. wide open collar with 3/4 sleeves .. has a brown button on each sleeve .. there are belt loops but no belt .. really fun vintage piece .. has some stains inside the crinoline on the front .. no rips .. marked a Sz 36 .. measurements laying flat .. 17 in bust … 12 in waist .. open hips .. 13 in sleeve and 45 in long ..
