Disney’s Beauty and the Beast Belle cosplay mini lace up dress size 24

This is a gently used item made by Disney depicting Belle from Beauty and the Beast. This item is in good condition. The zipper works. The hook on the top is still functionable. There is a little bit of a snag by the tag and that seems to be the only issue I have found this on this item. The measurement was 24 inches so that would be 48 inches circumference. The waist was 21 inches And that would make it 42 circumference and from the top of the dress to the bottom was 33 inches if you have any other questions or would like a specific picture, please let me know this item comes from a smoke-free home.
