This lovely dress features fluttering chiffon.
Although the fabric is sheer, it has a solid lining, allowing for comfortable wearing on its own.
The abundant gathered puff sleeves enhance the arms and give a delicate appearance, which is a nice feature.
We have it available in a lovely pink and a cute, light gray for adults.
